Up late again...

Feeling human again. Getting things read. Got bits of the bathroom polished up more spiffily. Today was a very nothing-day as far as anything was concerned. I slept and read.

The grown-ups went out and got things for the upcoming Fayoumis birthday.

I haven't the foggiest what we are going to do for Sis's birthday, which is coming up in just over a week. Ack?

Should sleep now. But I feel better about myself and my ability to interface with actual human beings as of tomorrow morning.

Day turns into night: work and phone

Woke up before the alarm. Got to work in a very timely fashion. Monitored. Yay, monitoring! I had a few "What the -- ?" moments. Someone was clearly half-asleep on the phones or something, that's the only thing I could think. Also, some person on the other end of the phones had a little difficulty with the word "consumed". ...What's there not to understand about the word "consumed"? (My comment on that was the closest to snarky on the job I got all day.)

Got nice hugs before heading home. Mmm, redheaded pillowy co-workers!

Called a Darkside. Got a Darkside on the phone. Chatted for a good 45 minutes and then some. My cleavage is good for taunting purposes. How did I get so special that he's willing to talk with me even when he's got a headache?

Fuzzy's Kitten

My high school best friend has a kitten now. Kitten is named Wysiwyg, or "Whizzy" for short. What you get, evidently, is a fuzzy black kitten. Fuzzy-the-guy had his camera acting up with the flash down, so the photos were even more fuzzy.

I'm glad to see that life is gettiing back to normal. I worry a lot less what with the kitten in the picture, because Fuzzy's more responsible than he used to be, and I don't want to see him drinking himself to death.
