sp0iler for Half-Blood Prince

The text from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, for those who don't want to go to her official site, click on the hairtie, fumble around in the darkened room for the lightswitch, place the darts in the little red or green rectangles next to the numbers 7,1,3 (in that order, and exactly in the little curved bits), then enter security code 302723, I shall post here.

I got the puzzle-cracking info from the Leaky Cauldron, of course.

He looked rather like an old lion. There were streaks of grey in his mane of tawny hair and his bushy eyebrows; he had keen yellowish eyes behind a pair of wire-rimmed spectacles and a certain rangy, loping grace even though he walked with a slight limp.
Gone away, gone ahead,
Echoes roll unanswered.
Empty, open, dusty, dead.
Why have all the Weyrfolk fled?

Where have dragons gone together
Leaving weyrs to wind and weather,
Setting herdbeasts free of tether;
Gone, our safeguards, gone, but whither?

Have they flown to some new weyr
Where cruel Threads some others fear?
Are they worlds away from here?
Why, oh why the empty weyr?
