Today's also the Day of Silence, and while my actual participation is probably not going to happen, given that I do have to verbally answer questions at the plasma place, I support those who are doing this. I did this for a few years, and the experience was remarkable. (I should probably find my commentary on what did happen that one year and type it up, because that was dreadful.)
Last night, I was having a very bad evening, with an allergy attack, dehydration, and PMS (it's about that time again, and I found myself snapping at Figment later), so Figment came over, and we wound up watching most of The Court Jester (Danny Kaye is so very slashy) until disc errors made the thing lag and do bad things. We'll watch it later on his home machine.
