Minus reports. All over the place. Sanity slipping. One bang report. The monitor reports go from * (best), + (good), x (standard), - (bad), and finally ! (worst EVAR).
I don't care what you think you're doing, if you give me reason to suspect you're interviewing the parent instead of the person you're supposed to be interviewing, and if you admit to the person you are interviewing that last night you interviewed someone as if they were the age group you were trying to interview -- you are getting the score you earned.
Still lots of bad reports, but nothing as bad as that one individual who earned the bang.
One person grumbled on an open line about the length of the intro. That person is a new hire who is very sharp and works hard and well. Occasionally the monitors will give helpful feedback on certain things; his monitor report has the comment "([Phone goon] is a new hire who was not here in 2005 when the intro was longer.)" in addition to the note that he did say this on an open line.
