My supervisor teased me about going on break the last fifteen minutes of my Official Time on the Phones. It was 2:13, and I had to take a break after one of those calls. (Multi-issue, long, 75% listening, probably ADHD.) I was actually back in about three minutes and back on the phones, to take another epic call about someone's Apple Mail that was behaving bizarrely, and badly.
